Hearing about your earthquake brings back memories of the Tulbagh (South Africa) 6.3 earthquake in 1969. We were living 130 km away and felt a serious rumble, the doors and windows rattled and we wondered what was going on. It was preceded by a massive wind which sucked the curtains out! We all ran into the street and had regular tremors for a long time afterwards.
Ah missing you too! Spare room here whenever you need it...! I'm hopefully back in June for a week so it would be great to try and catch up with you and Helen. x
Not sure I'd enjoy an earthquake
Yes I think it's a thrill we can all do without.
I laughed so hard at your silk cut fall I woke Mavis. 🤣
Poor Mavis!!!

Love your posts!
It is incredibly unnerving isn't it! Thanks for reading, Chrissy!
They're your Merlin's?? Very similar to mine of late...minus tremor
Yes, they were Saturday morning's listen. If only I could find the buggers...
Wonderful insight into your lovely life as always
Missing you X
